Our Universal Belt Clip had originally been designed for Molle belts that have specifically spaced loops whereas the belt clips will slide into the loop channels and hold secure to the highest degree.
The Universal Belt Clip can also be used with a stiff and snug 1.5″ belt using a light weight fishing rod. If you plan to attached the belt clip to a 1.5″ standard belt, it is highly recommended to use the Standard Belt Clip instead, which will come with the Ambie Fishing Rod holster as of it’s release on 5/25/23.
