HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Items are covered by a 30 day warranty. If you are unhappy with fit or need an exchangeable part of the holster, just notify us for a return, refund, exchange, or part exchange/replacement.

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
RESTOCKING FEE
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee of the product listing, and this will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping materials and handling costs will not be part of the refund.
EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with the holster, we will make it right by offering an exchange of a different holster of equal or lesser value. Shipping costs are not covered in returns or exchanges.
REFUND PROCESSING
Returned items must be fully intact and undamaged. Once the item has been returned to our facility, a refund will be issued within 2-4 business days, and the Payment Processor (ie. PaypPal, Stripe, Square, etc.) may also have an inherent delay in payout, typically an additional 2-4 business days depending on service used.
