At Pine 9 Holsters we are certain that you will be satisfied with your purchase and we back all of our products with a risk free 30 day trial. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please return your order within 30 days from date of receipt. Please include with your return:
1. Original and complete product. Pine 9 Holsters apparel must be returned in new, unused condition.
2. ‘Attention RETURNS’ written on the outside of your package.
3. Please include a note with the following information:
- Full Name on the original order
- Order Number
- A note indicating what you would like. (Exchange for different product, repair/adjustment, return for store credit, or return for refund) If you are exchanging your product, please indicate what you would like to exchange for (including all options you would like). If you are sending back for a repair or adjustment, please indicate the specific issues you would like repaired or adjusted.
Sorry, refunds do not include shipping.
