Free Shipping
Free shipping applies automatically to all domestic U.S. orders containing two (2) or more items sitewide.
At this time, Pine 9® Solutions LLC ships only within the United States. Should international shipping be offered in the future, international orders will not qualify for free shipping and will be subject to standard shipping rates, duties, and taxes.
Shipping costs (when applicable) are not included in the sale price.
Ambie Kit 50% Off Offer
A 50% discount applies exclusively to the Ambie Kit, which includes one of each color currently in production.
Handcrafted models, apparel, individual holsters, replacement parts, and accessories and all other items offered site wide are excluded from this promotion unless otherwise noted.
This offer is valid only while the current inventory of prepackaged Ambie Kits remains in stock. Once sold out, the promotion will end automatically or at the close of the current season, whichever occurs first.
Discounts and free shipping may not be combined with additional coupons, promo codes, loyalty rewards, or negotiated pricing agreements.
Discounts and promotional benefits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or gift cards.
Pine 9® Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue discounts at any time without prior notice. All offers are valid only while supplies last.
Refunds & Returns
If a return causes the order to fall below the minimum threshold for this promotion, the order will be recalculated as if the customer had originally purchased only the items kept. Any discounts, free shipping, or promotional benefits no longer applicable will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping costs (if paid by Pine 9® Solutions LLC as part of a promotion) will be deducted from refunds if the revised order does not qualify for free shipping.
All third-party transaction fees (including but not limited to payment processing fees, sales tax remittance fees, and platform service fees) are non-refundable and will be withheld from the refund amount.
Shipping charges (when applicable) are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our standard return policy.
If items are exchanged, the promotion will only apply if the revised order continues to meet eligibility requirements at the time of exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for resolution. Pine 9® Solutions LLC reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund at its discretion.
Order Modification & Cancellation
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Customers may return eligible items under the standard return policy.
Taxes & Availability
Sales tax will be applied at checkout where required by law.
Customers may purchase multiple Ambie Kits at the discounted price while supplies last.
All pricing, promotions, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Force Majeure & Carrier Delays
Pine 9® Solutions LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control once an order has been shipped.
Typographical / Pricing Errors
In the event of a pricing error, technical issue, or website malfunction, Pine 9® Solutions LLC reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or adjust any order to reflect correct terms and pricing.
Duration
This promotion will remain active only while the current inventory of Ambie Kits remains in stock or until Pine 9® Solutions LLC ends the promotion at its discretion.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this promotion shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.
General Terms
Pine 9® Solutions LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order it determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise in violation of these terms.
All transactions are subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Misuse or abuse of the promotion, including bulk purchases for resale, may result in order cancellation.
