Our promotions are ongoing offers with no set expiration date. However, they may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Unless otherwise noted, coupon codes are limited to one use per customer and may not be shared or posted on third-party coupon sites.
Discounts do not apply to:
- Shipping charges
- Sales taxes
- Pistol holsters
- Custom services
- Replacement or add-on parts

All product prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Discounted items are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable, we may offer a substitution at our discretion—but we will contact you before processing.
In the event of a pricing or promotional error, we reserve the right to correct the error and revise or cancel the order.

The Ambie Kit is a pre-discounted bundle that counts as one item in the cart. It may be eligible for additional promotions, depending on the offer.
Customers receive an additional $5 discount for each eligible item in the cart beyond the third.
Replacement or add-on parts are excluded from the multi-item discount.
Discounts do not apply to replacement or add-on parts, custom services or pistol holsters, which are priced individually due to their specialized nature.

Free shipping is automatically applied when:
- Your cart contains two or more qualifying items, OR
- Your cart subtotal is $75 or more before taxes and shipping
Free shipping is applied as a $6.82 shipping discount based on our flat-rate shipping fee.
Free shipping does not apply to:
- Replacement parts
- Items that are already on sale or discounted
- Oversized or specialty items, as indicated
Automatically applied discounts cannot be stacked with coupon codes unless specifically allowed. Our system will apply the most beneficial single discount available at checkout.

Sales tax is calculated automatically based on your shipping address and applicable local/state tax laws.
Tax rates vary by region.
Discounts do not apply to taxes, which may be calculated based on the post-discount cart subtotal as required by law.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.
Discounted items may not be eligible for individual return unless specifically stated.
For bundles and kits, all items must be returned unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Refunds are issued based on the actual amount paid, not the product’s standard retail price.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing begins or the order has shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address, items, and promo details are accurate before checkout.

Promotions are currently valid for U.S. customers only, unless otherwise specified.
Offers may vary based on location, inventory, certain products, and campaign.

We reserve the right to cancel or revise orders in cases involving:
- Abuse or misuse of coupon codes
- Unauthorized stacking of discounts
- Suspicious activity or multiple accounts
- Errors in pricing or promo application
Promotional offers are non-transferable and intended only for the individual to whom the offer was provided.

We are not responsible for:
- Promo code failures due to browser extensions, third-party apps, or caching issues
- Failure to apply discounts due to user error or technical problems
If a valid code fails to apply, please contact us before placing your order. We are unable to retroactively apply discounts once an order is submitted.
