ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
You can cancel your order at anytime before a shipping label has been completed. If a shipping label has been created, and the item has been shipped, the shipping charge is non-refundable and will need to proceed as a return.
Transaction fees are non-refundable. A 5% transaction fee will be subtracted from your refund as we are not reimbursed by our multiple third party servicers when refunds are issued. A portion of Sales Tax withholding may apply depending on your state.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
The Ambie Holsters are covered by a 30 day warranty. If you are unhappy with fit or need an exchangeable part of the holster, just notify us for a return, refund, exchange, or part exchange/replacement within the 30 days from the purchase.
*Please note: We do not accept partial returns, color or model exchanges for our bulk options.
Returned Hand Crafted Holsters must not be damaged from use and in-tact for restocking.
RESTOCKING FEE
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee of the product listing for processing and original shipping materials, that will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost for shipping materials, labor order processing and refund management, and all transaction fees associated.
Please note that there is a 30 day return & warranty. Simply sending the item back will not guarantee a refund. Please contact us before you send to ensure your order timeframe was placed within the 30 day time frame.

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt with your order number.
- Repackage item and bring the package to your local post office for postage. Please do not purchase the exchange label through our website.

Returned items must be fully intact and undamaged. Once the item has been returned to our facility, a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days, and the Payment Processor (ie. PaypPal, Stripe, Square, etc.) may also have an inherent delay in payout, typically an additional 2-4 business days depending on service used.

In our experience, it is nearly always sooner or instant.
EXCHANGES, UPGRADE FROM AMBIE TO HAND CRAFTED:
If you want to return your unused, still in packaging Ambie holster for one of our Hand Crafted models, please do the following:
- Order the Hand Crafted holster that you wanted.
- Make note of the new order number, and include a note of exchange with both the original Ambie order number, and the new Hand Crafted order number so we can be sure we have the right information.

USA - You will be refunded for the for order as soon as it arrives to our shop. Please note, depending on which payment proccessor you used, PayPal, Square etc., the refund may show in your bank account within 2 to 5 business days.
