We have two Fishing Rod Holster versions. A factory manufactured, and a Hand Crafted version, so process times may vary. If you are inquiring about shipping and tracking numbers, and estimated build times, please see below.
Backorder Information
If your desired Hand Crafted Fishing Rod Holster is in “Available for Backorder” status, this means we are waiting for material restock. If you see your desired holster listed, feel free to order, as yours will be among the highest priority! Backorders typically only add about 4 to 6 days. ~ Not weeks or months!
Tracking Numbers
Tracking Numbers might go to spam folder depending on what email provider you have. Please take a look there before contacting. If your tracking number does not show in spam and you are concerned about your package, please reach out to us below.
Lost or Stolen Packages
It will be the recipient’s responsibility to monitor the delivery of the package. Pine 9 Holsters LLC will NOT be responsible for any lost/stolen package if the tracking number shows the package was successfully delivered to the ship to address specified on your receipt. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive the package upon delivery. You may click on the tracking number on your receipt to check for delivery updates once it ships out. Fishing Rod Holsters Average Shipping Times:
It is our absolute mission to achieve same to next business day offload from our facility to get our products to you as quickly as humanly possible.
Ambie Model: Leaves facility within same, or next business day after purchase depending on holidays and demand. All “Ambie” colors are abundantly available. Ambie orders received before 9:30 AM EST on Fridays usually arrive to postal service same day, unless it’s a holiday weekend or cases such as Thanksgiving. Please expect a possible one or two business day delay outside of the norm due to demand around Christmas, Father’s Day, and Black Friday.
Hand Crafted Models: Most models are already fully assembled, but if not, a build can take 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase depending on shop demand. We typically meet the same standards as the Ambie version – shipped same or next business day.
*Special holidays such as Christmas, Father’s Day, and Black Friday may be the exception.
3 Day Holiday Weekends & Holidays: Please consider that we take most U.S. holiday Monday’s off, as well as Thanksgiving from Wednesday through the following Monday to enjoy our time with families.
USPS Estimated transit: Typically 1-5 Business Days once your package has arrived from our shop to USPS ~ depending on distance from Nashua New Hampshire, and USPS shipping fluctuations during holidays and weather conditions.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all addresses in the United States. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with personalized tracking information that will allow you to track the progress of your package online.
APO/Military Shipping
We are proud to offer shipping to all APO and Military destinations that are able to receive our packages. All orders will be processed in 14 business days or less. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with personalized tracking information that will allow you to track the progress of your package online.
International Shipping
We are currently not shipping outside of the United States of America.
